New Homes Under Construction
Our first housing development is underway along the Rock Quarry Road corridor.
The project will create 25 affordable rental homes and represents the beginning of a broader effort to expand housing opportunities in Southeast Raleigh. Homes will be leased in phases as construction progresses.
