We’re so grateful for all the volunteers and community partners who came together last week to provide critical repairs and updates to four homes in Idlewood Village, Kingwood Forest, and Parkside of Raleigh, established Black neighborhoods in Southeast Raleigh.

A special thanks to Rebuilding Together of the Triangle, who provided the expertise, and to Wells Fargo for funding and volunteer support. Through our collective efforts, we installed HVACs and decks, updated plumbing and electrical systems, and completed general landscaping and other exterior work.

At Southeast Raleigh Promise, we partner to create equitable opportunities that lead to improved outcomes for Southeast Raleigh residents. We envision a Southeast Raleigh community where our history and culture are acknowledged and celebrated, structural barriers are removed, and residents have access to endless opportunities.

This purposeful partnership secures wealth through homeownership and enhances the quality of life of seniors, families, and children for generations to come.

We are building our community together!
