Alliance: Small Businesses on the Rock Quarry Road Corridor

SERP Story - Small Business Alliance - PHOTO 1

Ten entrepreneurs doing business in Southeast Raleigh helped us launch the Southeast Raleigh Rock Quarry Road Corridor Small Business Alliance.

They joined us for dinner and discussion recently at our Southeast Raleigh Promise headquarters at Beacon Point, which also is home to two businesses that will help us lead the way to an alliance that builds connections, advocates for small business owners, and shares essential resources to uplift and strengthen our community. One of the businesses, The Fresh Collective, opened its doors last month. Another, Cafe Orleans opened its Beacon Point location earlier this month.

It’s all possible because of a generous grant from the Truist Foundation, and the technical support of the City of Raleigh’s Small Business Development and MWBE Community Engagement Teams.

There’s more room at the table!

Anyone interested in joining us and fellow small business owners along the Rock Quarry Road corridor and surrounding area, please get in touch at:
